What the hell is going on in this country? 

Paul Pelosi is attacked in his home, Nancy Pelosi’s life is threatened, and it gets turned into a conspiracy theory. Political views should be set aside and this event condemned but instead the attack has been mocked and ridiculed. So much hatred in this country. It’s disgusting.

Kanye, you’re a real piece of dog…no, wait. Doggy poo is too good for you, you antisemitic asshole. I hope you lose all of your endorsements. Go, Addidas!

Kari Lake dares the NFL to withdraw the Superbowl from Arizona. What a joke. What does she think she’s going to do if they do? What the hell is wrong with these right-wing nut jobs?

Marjorie Taylor Greene says she’s talking with Trump about being his running mate. Good. They can both go to jail at the same time. 

Voter intimidation is against the law. Armed individuals in tactical gear were hanging about at a ballot drop box in Arizona. They should have been arrested. Leave people alone and let them vote! If there’s going to be fraudulent voting it will be those who are desperate for the MAGAt Republicans to win. MAGAt – that was NOT a typo. See what I did there? 

It seems to me that if you’re innocent or if you have nothing to hide, then why would you plead the Fifth? “The mob takes the Fifth,” Trump said at an Iowa campaign rally in September 2017. “If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?” How many times has Trump himself invoked the Fifth Amendment? 

Also, why would you refuse to testify if you’ve been issued a subpoena? If you’re innocent or if you have nothing to hide, then why? If I refused to comply with a subpoena, wouldn’t I be held in contempt? Perhaps even jailed or fined? Then the same should happen to those politicians, advisors, etc., who refuse. No one is above the law!

While Biden is not doing the most exemplary job as POTUS, inflation is not his fault! Inflation is GLOBAL. Gas prices are high everywhere, not just in the US. Food shortages are also not his fault.

The following is my opinion. If you don’t like it, fine. Move along. You have your opinion, I have mine. Simple as that.

Book Banning: It’s a no-brainer. If a child wants to check out a book in the library (school or public library, no matter) that’s too mature for his/her age group then the librarian can decline to check that book out to the child. Certain books can be flagged within the system to help the librarian so she doesn’t have to strain her brain.

Most of us don’t live in tiny, protective bubbles. We swear when we stub our toes. We swear when we get pissed off. It doesn’t show a lack of intelligence. It’s real life. Say the f-word once in a while. It’s really a stress reliever! PS Most people have a little class and don’t blurt out the f-word in Church or in the school PTA meeting. So, stop judging people based on the words they use! It says more about you than it does about them.

Secretary of State with the power to overturn an election? What’s the point in voting if your vote doesn’t matter? If your state’s officials can overturn the election if they don’t like the results, then what the hell is the point? What is going on in this country anyway?

I am against abortion. I am pro-choice. Yes, you can be both! On one hand, I don’t believe in using abortion as a form of birth control, because a woman knows if she wants to have a baby or not. If she doesn’t, there are many forms of birth control available at low and no cost. (I know birth control isn’t 100%.) On the other hand, I don’t believe it’s right for any of us to make that choice for someone else. If you don’t believe in abortion, then don’t get one, but a 12-year-old child who is raped and becomes pregnant should NOT be forced into having her rapist’s child! She’s still a child herself. She didn’t have a choice in becoming pregnant, did she? If a pregnant woman finds out her child will be born with a fatal defect…for example, Anencephaly. That child will not live longer than a few hours, maybe days, without a brain. PERIOD. The woman, her husband, and the physician should be allowed to make the choice of terminating the pregnancy. Why make the parents suffer this birth that will leave them more heartbroken and grief-stricken than they would if they aborted the pregnancy? What about Ectopic pregnancies? There are many situations that a woman may find herself in where she might consider an abortion. The decision is hers to make, along with her partner and her doctor. It’s not about killing babies! It’s about CHOICE – a choice that is most likely, the most difficult decision any woman will ever have to make! Let HER make it! It’s none of your damn business and it sure as hell isn’t any business of the government or ignorant politician! I swear this country is inching closer and closer to a scenario straight out of The Handmaid’s Tale.

Trump – Lock his ass up. Sick of hearing his name, his voice, or anything about him. He’s a criminal. That’s all I have to say.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. It’ll be warmer here for a few days. Honestly, I’m sick of being hot or even warm. Bring on Winter! I’m ready. I’m stocked up on toilet paper, canned goods, and other pantry staples. My warm blankets are out, and my electric vests are ready for use! I also found hoodie blanket sweaters so Dad and I stay warm and toasty. Propane company, I’m ready for your shit! Haha.
