Oh boy, I’ve been a mess these past few weeks! I haven’t remembered Friday’s Funnies in at least 2 weeks! Well, in my defense, I remembered on Saturday one week and the next week it was Sunday before I remembered. Way to go, Deb.

I almost didn’t make it this week! I spent the majority of the day scrubbing kitchen counters, the stove top, cabinets, etc., with lots of breaks. I’m beat! Things will get done, slowly but surely….
And in the words of Leslie Nielsen….. “Don’t call me Shirley.”

Oh, boy! The days have been slipping by me so quickly. I’ve been busy gathering up my soap supplies to sell, decluttering as my pain level will allow, and crocheting myself silly!

The week starts out going so slow and then BAM! It’s Friday, already? Good thing I save funnies all week. It just sneaks up on me. I hope you enjoy these; they don’t seem as funny as they normally are. Maybe it’s just me and the mood I’ve been in.

So, what are your plans this Super Bowl weekend? Dad occasionally likes to watch football but I just watch the Super Bowl for the commercials. We have a Super Bowl party…..of sorts. Just me and Dad. (Family joke.) We have wings and booze. Of course, if the kids come by that would fine. We always make a lot of food.
