Earworm #7

At around 6am, I woke up with this song in my head. Not sure why. I haven’t heard it in ages. I think there’s a commercial on tv that uses part of the song but it’s been a while since I’ve even heard that. Anyway, from 6am until even NOW, this song is still stuck in my head. I don’t dislike it but would rather have something with big guitars stuck, thank you very much.

  1. If you haven’t already, try listening to the entire song to get it out of your head. Often, we get songs stuck in our heads because we’ve only heard a part of them and our brains want to finish it to get the resolution. Often, making yourself listen to the entire things does the trick so your brain can move on.

There are worse songs, by the way…

    Good luck!

    1. I never knew that. I’ll keep that in mind for now on. However, if that doesn’t do the trick, what does that say about the person with the earworm? I’m thinking about a particular song that’s been stuck in my head for a few days now. I’ve listened to the whole song repeatedly. My brain is making up new lyrics to the tune. Ugh. Mona
